Mark your calendar! The next Bliss certification will be June 2nd from 9:45-2/2:30 at Juniper Swim and Fitness Center! All are welcome, the only prerequisite is to love joy and love dance. Here are the details:
9:45-10:45 Bliss dance class titled "Bliss Master's class" (So poncey!)
11:00-12:30 Bliss manual discussion
12:30-1:00 Brown bag lunch
1-2/2:30 Discussion and breakdown of music, chat about Bliss teaching methodoligies, practice teaching Bliss instructor techniques, and then share about the love of dance
*the cost is only $180.00 and with that you get the Bliss manual, group exercise teaching skills, and a whole portfolio of Bliss choreographed routines*
